Sex Doula: The Foundation is an introductory sexual wellness and intimacy education experience offered through The SoulFlower Experience. Facilitated by a trained Sex Doula who completed Sex Doula education through the National Black Doulas Association, this experience creates space to question what you were taught about sex, understand your body differently, explore the connection between sexuality and spirituality, and begin defining pleasure for yourself. This is sex-positive, culturally aware, judgment-free education and guided self-exploration. It is not sex therapy, psychotherapy, or medical treatment.
